I’m only giving the 2nd and 3rd stars as a temporary rating until I get my car back to see its condition. Brought the SUV in and was given a list after evaluation from the service department of parts needing to be fixed or replaced in order to run properly! $5,000 total I paid and a month later almost I go to pick up the suv and need to ask for a jump to even start it! I get 5 miles down the road and immediately turn around and bring it right back as it is running substantially worse than when I dropped it off! I won’t even get into the dismissive/rude behavior of the manager until I’m subjected to their interactions again on my second pickup attempt in the near future! To be continued…

While this does not erase any of what caused my frustration in the first place, it was truly appreciated and has opened a path forward for resolution. What happened with me might have been a one-off, outlier type situation, or maybe this type of thing occurs regularly over there, I don't know. What I can say is this dealership will make things right if they screw up, at least in my case, and that restores much of my faith moving forward. Bought a good vehicle at a good price. Shelled out for the extra warranty for peace of mind. The buying experience was good enough that i recommended my son buy his first car over there the following month, which was not without issues, but that's a different story. For my vehicle, at the first service appointment, I was informed that oil changes were not covered by my warranty ( and you know they're not cheap at the dealership), though this is not what I was told when I purchased the vehicle. Over the nearly two years I've had the vehicle, virtually nothing that i was told would be covered by my warranty actually has been. The last time I brought the vehicle for service, the service reminder light was not reset, so I came back for them to do that. Instead of resetting it, they turned it off completely - significantly delaying the amount of time it took me to get the vehicle serviced next. On that visit, I was told the tread on one of my tires was getting low, but was not worn down enough to be covered by my warranty. Today, I come in for overdue service (and to inform them that they had turned my service reminder light off) and I'm told that now the treads are too worn down to be covered by my warranty and that I wouldn't be charged for my oil change because those have been covered by the warranty the whole time BUT because it's been so long, they probably won't be able to refund the money I already paid for procedures that were actually covered. Do yourself a favor and get your next vehicle from anywhere but here. The vehicles are great, but this experience will not have me returning to this location for any more vehicles
